JOB PURPOSE:
The Child Welfare Trainer is responsible for providing training sessions to the staff of the Pecos Children’s Center and ensuring the effective delivery of content in Trauma Informed Care, De-Escalation Techniques, Cultural Competency, Human Trafficking and the Prevention of Sexual Abuse. The position is located at the Pecos Children’s Center or other shelters for unaccompanied migrant children as appropriate.
