CHILD PLACEMENT TEAM LEAD – GREENSBORO
Easterseals UCP, a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, seeks a compassionate and dedicated individual to fulfill our Team Lead position in Greensboro. Your leadership will make a huge difference to both the direct staff as well as the individuals being supported within our Child Placement Services program.
What You’ll Do:
Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the people you will be helping. You will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising placement services for children receiving foster care services. You'll also:
- Supervise and provide guidance to Child Placement Coordinators and Licensing Coordinators supporting the designated territory
- Assist with expansion of our child residential services by conducting presentations to agencies not familiar with services provided
- Advocate for personal outcomes for children and families within the program
- Maintain a caseload of up to 5 children if needed to meet the needs of the program Supervise and monitor service delivery through home visits assuring services meet or exceed state, local and ESUCP standards

What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must be willing to provide support in hybrid office/community-based setting where travel is required within assigned territory and private homes of the people served, as well as be willing to take a background check. We also require:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or human services related field
- Two years supervisory experience
- Two years related work experience in foster care, child placement and case management
- Strong communication skills, both oral and in written
- Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance
