Office Locations: McClean, Aldie & Arlington, VA

We are currently adding Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to our growing team!

About the Psychiatrist Role

  • Outpatient
  • No required call
  • Opportunity to work with Child & Adolescent patients
  • Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management
  • Reasonable Schedule: Minimum 1-hour initial evaluations, 20-minute follow-up/Med management appointments

About the Practice

  • Locations throughout Virginia including Arlington, Fairfax and Loudon counties (with additional clinics in Maryland and Washington DC)
  • Full time and part time roles available with a flexible schedule
  • Office based outpatient
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services

About You

  • Fellowship trained in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Licensed to practice in Virginia (or willingness to obtain a license)
  • Willingness to supervise Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs) is a plus

Salary/Benefits

  • Potential to pay $400,000
  • Compensation includes a base salary, productivity incentives and a supervisory stipend (if supervising APRNs)

Pay: $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
