Job description

Looking for highly experienced Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead the company's marketing efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience leading and managing a full-service, in-house marketing team and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate the brand's message and increase brand awareness in a meaningful way
• Develop and implement the company's marketing strategies and plans, from creating demand to final purchase
• Create marketing plans that include elements such as storytelling, branding, competitive positioning, advertising, demand generation, video, content, PR campaigns, SEO, and industry events
• Increase business consultations, nurture campaigns, product marketing, sales support, and partnership marketing
• Drive attendance for events, webcasts, and webinars
• Provide results-based marketing for all product lines across multiple verticals
• Collaborate with leadership team members to track, assess and respond to growth results
• Lead and mentor the marketing team

Qualifications:

• Hybrid work environment, with a minimum of 1 week per month working at company HQ near San Diego, CA
• 10+ years of experience managing a full-service marketing team in-house or at an agency
• Proven track record in content management, writing skills, and strategic development
• Expertise in storytelling, messaging and brand-building
• Deep understanding and expertise in digital marketing and evolving media landscapes
• Proficient in measuring performance using metrics
• Strong leadership skills
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $200,000.00 per year
