We are seeking candidates for a full-time Chief Engineer position located in South Kingstown, RI. This is an exciting opportunity in the hospitality field with a growing hotel management company.

This position is responsible for:

• The maintenance of guest rooms and common hotel areas including the lobby, laundry areas, pool and outside grounds.
• Daily responsibilities include responding to guest complaints, addressing ongoing maintenance issues and ensuring the overall safety in guest rooms and public areas
• Facilitating and executing any and all preventive maintenance
• Work with collaboratively with any contractors as needed

Ideal candidates have the following background:

• At least four years of experience working in the hospitality, property management industries or working in large scale residential buildings
• Previous experience with general maintenance and minor repairs. Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical or other trades preferred.
• Pool Operator Certification preferred but not required
