Highland Behavioral Health is seeking a Chief Clinical Operations Officer.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for reviewing operating results of clinical progress of the organization, completing root/cause analysis, comparing results to the established objectives, and taking necessary steps to ensure the appropriate actions are taken to correct unsatisfactory results
- Performs feasibility studies and financial proformas for new initiatives and programs based on data analysis, projections, and input from the affected department
- Develops and implements short and long term strategic goals for all clinical programs and develops and implements annual work plans
- Creates the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization’s programmatic activities, goals, growth, and quality improvement
- Evaluates the overall clinical operations of the organization regularly and systematically and reports the results to the CEO and executive team
- Develops and implements processes to ensure outcomes are met through data analysis and decision support
- Assists in providing clinical oversight in the delivery of clinical programs designated by the CEO and overall service delivery sites in those programs.
- Participate as a member of the Executive Team and comply with established team agreement and participate on other committees/groups are assigned
- Master degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience in the Mental Health/Substance Use field.
- License as per the State of Georgia as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. - Bilingual abilities a plus.
