You will work directly with the Operator/Owner of the restaurant who invests his time in his employees, teaching them important skills for the future.

Our Expectations:
•
Able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech

•
Continuously makes eye contact, smiles, speaks enthusiastically, and strives to build a personal connection with each guest

•
Punctual with reliable transportation

•
Ability to work in a fast paced and physically demanding role that requires being indoors and outdoors

•
Compliant to uniform and hygiene expectations (clean and ironed uniform, cleanly shaven (males), hair pulled back from face, etc.)

•
Exemplifies a positive attitude and creates an environment for our team and guests that is kind and compassionate

•
Proficient in all needed restaurant roles to ensure operational excellence

•
Prior experience in the front of the house, customer service, hospitality, host, hostess, dining room, or associate role is beneficial

•
No prior experience needed. We will provide training that is sufficient for you.

•
Must work minimum of three days a week, this includes a Saturday
