The CHB Documentation Coordinator coordinates documents for entries, scanning, and filing within an assigned import team or office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prints and coordinates entry documentation.
  • Tracks and traces inbound shipments.
  • Opens entry files.
  • Scans entry packets and documentation to VFI Track.
  • Completes filing.
  • Discards files when appropriate.
  • Performs clerical office tasks as assigned.

We are looking for:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma.
  • At least 6 months of experience working in an office-based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid computer skills (including but not limited to Excel, pdf documents, google sheets, and gmail).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
