Challenge Course Facilitator
The Challenge Course Facilitator monitors activities at the base Challenge Course to prevent accidents and to provide assistance to participants, maintains order on the course, rescues participants in danger and administers first aid, while also inspecting facilities for cleanliness. This person must be able to harness participants, tie several knots used for rescues and facilitate groups of 8-12 members.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of 40 hour certification training (provided after hire)
- Ability to work on a team and individually.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in interacting with people of various ages from diverse backgrounds.
- Available to work weekdays and weekends
- Physically fit, strong, agile, and dexterous.
- Must possess an active US Government Security Clearance.
Recommended Qualifications:
- First Aid and CPR certified.
- AED certified.
