POSITION: CHAIN ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR

PURPOSE:

The objective of this position is to provide support to the Sales and Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be able to work in an environment that is focused on teamwork. The candidate must develop a thorough understanding of the Foodservice Industry and develop relationships with Business Development Managers, Brokers, and other internal company personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for all Chain account tracking including analyzing data to reach payment decision, ensuring data received is accurate, troubleshooting all data that is questionable and entering data into tracking system in a timely manner. Formatting and researching downloads from portals (including Sysco, USFS Corporate systems).

· Responsible for ensuring all tracking is current in our system and requesting it from our customers when needed.

· Maintain all Operator programs to include ensuring all programs are current, updating and maintaining operator binder and files for sales department.

· Generate reports by utilizing sales reporting software (Cognos/Powerplay) when requested

· Maintaining/updating all databases relative to operator information and communicating all changes/updates within the organization as they are updated.

· Responsible for monitoring the Sales Admin queue in TFM which holds all Operator payment requests as well as the sales admin email folder where all electronic tracking is sent.

· Input TFM transactions for Sales & Marketing departments, ie focus marketing, commerce hub, SPS, and operator “other” expenses.

· Work closely with the Accounting department researching operator deductions, expenses, ensuring proper coding in TFM.

· Work with MIS regarding accuracy of expenses and operator downloads, troubleshooting TFM transactions to ensure proper flow through system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate will be results driven, detail oriented, and well organized. This position requires sound judgment to reach appropriate decisions.

Specific qualifications include:

· Degree in related discipline preferred

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Prior office/administration experience required with an emphasis on accounting/finance preferred

· Proficient in use of MS Office Word and Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
