Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

SITE OF SERVICE:

  • Fort Leonard Wood, MO
  • Full Time

POSITION QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree: Graduated from an accredited educational college or university
  • Education: Graduate of an approved anesthesia program.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a practicing hands-on provider in the last three years.
  • Certifications:
    • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice in any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.
  • U.S. Citizenship: HCWs performing under this contract shall be U.S. citizens.
  • English Language Requirement: Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate.
  • Physical Capability: Shall be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time and physically capable of performing all services required under the contract.


HOURS:

  • The HCWs shall provide services between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • A 30 minute, unpaid break will be given during the shift.
  • HCWs will be required to report in-person to the MTF during on-call hours if needed.
  • Shifts may be 4 to 10 hours in length and will be consecutive except for the 30 minute break, the break will be determined by the clinic.
  • Work shall be performed four or five days a week for 40 hours, Monday through Friday

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able and willing to reprioritize on short notice and work on multiple simultaneous projects. Flexible and able to work with various personalities. Team-work skills required. Time management skills required. The ability to meet deadlines in a deadline intensive environment is essential. High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
