OVERVIEW:
Come be a part of a global sports organization. Join our Client-Setup & Integration team and work closely with our largest customers to provide first-class technical support and guidance throughout the entire customer journey with Sportradar. As a Certification Engineer, you will be responsible for the certifications of clients’ software solutions and the integration of Sportradar services within the client platforms.
THE CHALLENGE:
Be responsible for performing tests of the clients’ software solutions and for the integration and support of our sports betting and sports media products.
Work closely with clients’ IT departments and Sportradar’s Integration team with the purpose of integrating new or existing clients to Sportradar services.
Receive, evaluate and resolve escalated task cases that tier 1 support is unable to resolve, escalate to 3rd level when necessary.
Trouble-shoot and report issues to development teams.
Trouble-shoot and report issues to development teams.
Actively manage certifications and integration of clients following Sportradar’s standard processes based on internal and external client integration guidelines.
Communicate directly with international key clients.
YOUR PROFILE:

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field; equivalent experience acceptable.

Demonstrated success interfacing with high profile clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Experience with HTML, CSS, web technologies, XML, Json, SDK, JAVA, Python, Groovy, C, C++, or Perl is beneficial.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on communicating highly technical and complex topics to a non-technical audience.

Ability to learn quickly and to acquire new technical skills, software products, and technologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
