Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: Forks, WA 98331
Contract Duration: 13 (Possibility to extend)
Hours: 4x10 (40/week)
Job Summary:
Provides direct and indirect resident care activities under the direction of RN or LPN. Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, comfort and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for assigned residents.
20 bed facility
Staffing ratio approximately 1:7 Days/ Eves.
Requirements:
· Experience 1year experience (Required)
· BLS from AHA (Required)
· CAN License (Required)
· Covid Vaccination (Required)
