Texas Nursing Services in McKinney, TX is looking for several Central Sterile Technicians to join our team. Our ideal candidates are attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the care, disinfection, preparation and processing of surgical instruments needed for surgical procedures. Works closely with the nursing staff and surgical technologists to insure sterility and availability of needed instruments.
- Educates patients and family.
- Attendance and being on time, ready to work your scheduled hours is an essential job function.
- CT Tech delivers customer focused care utilizing the Excellence Always Standards to include transport of Patients as necessary to facilitate optimal patient care/flow.
**This is for a permanent position - SHIFT: Full-time (no weekends)**
**Pay range is based on years of experience – sign-on bonuses and relocation packages offered**
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1 year of recent acute care of Central Sterile Processing Technician required
- Certified CST by the National Board of Surgical Technology or a hospital or military training program
- Covid-19 Vaccinated (required)
- Current BLS
