Luck Stone Caroline location is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately fulfilling order requests, efficiently utilizing resources and communicating with team members, sales and operations.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Direct, control and participate in order fulfillment (order taking, dispatch, scale operations and ticket handling) from the call bank or local scale office. Identify, maintain and accurately assign contract and private haul trucks to order and customer. Execute accurate mapping and directions, adapt to city or rural geography and apply common weight restrictions.
  • Deliver solutions and meet customer demands with exceptional customer service. Develop and maintain relationship with customers. Display product knowledge by suggesting options and alternatives to meet customer needs. Communicate inventory and trucking resources to team, sales and operations.
  • Meet department performance standards and benchmark service levels.
  • Cash box management, credit card transactions and processing customer deposits. Perform account adjustments and ticket corrections as necessary.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years customer service experience. Ideal candidates will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to read maps and provide directions to contract haulers and be able to reconcile cash amounts and/or inventory levels. VA Weigh-master Certification a plus

The hours for this position range from 6:30am-4pm Monday through Friday. Also availability 1/2 day Saturdays as needed.
