Pat Baker Company, Inc. is a 76-year-old family business with locations in Kingsbury, Texas and Pasadena, Texas. We specialize in re-railing and/or clearing trains that have derailed from the track. We are on call 24/7/365 and keep our heavy equipment loaded and ready to roll at all times. Our normal area of operation is Texas and Louisiana. We guarantee our customers we will leave our respective yards within 1 hour of time of call.

Candidates will:

1.) Be subject to background checks and cannot have been convicted of a felony within the last 7 years.

2.) Be subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screens per DOT and FRA regulations.

3.) Have at least a valid Class A license with a clean record.

4.) Experience in train wrecking is NOT required. Our Supervisors and teams of experienced crewmen will provide training from working as a ground/rigger to equipment operation.

5.) Ability to operate heavy equipment 329 Excavator, D8, D6, D5, 977 loader, 583 Sideboom would be preferred but not required for this position.

6.) Understand the call out requirements and be capable of operating as a dependable 24/7/365 emergency call derailment crew member.
