Our Drivers Earn Up to $120k a Year - $5,000 Performance Bonus – Company Benefits
What We Offer:
- The top 50% of our Fina Transport drivers average $94,000 per year ($1,800 per week)
- $5,000 Performance Bonus (solo OTR drivers only)
- Weekly Guarantee of $1,350 Per Week
- Starting pay ranging from $0.60 to $0.65 per mile or 25% of gross revenue your choice.
- Consistent Home Time
- 3 Weeks Out - 3 Days Home
- 3 Weeks Out - 3 Days Home
- Optional Medical coverage available through United Healthcare available
- Optional Dental & Vision available
- Pets and Passengers (With Company Approval) Are Welcomed
- Smokers Are Welcomed
- SAP Applications Considered
- Detention and Breakdown Pay
- Nationwide Fuel & Tire Network
- Well Kept Volvo & Freightliner Cascadia’s with
- Dry Van or Reefer Trailers
- APUs (on most vehicles)
- Fridges
- Bunk Heaters
- Inverters
- Grill Guards
- New Mattresses, Clean, & Ready to Run
- CARB compliant
- Friendly, Knowledgeable & Courteous Office Staff
- Company drivers are W-2 employees
