Join a great team at our new location!

We are looking for someone to go out into the community and promote our brand. On a daily basis, you will be visiting local businesses, schools, and churches in the area and introducing them to Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Base pay + tips and catering commissions.

Position includes:

• As the face of our business you will visit local businesses and community organizations with smoothies, flyers, menus, and discount coupons
• Working with catering contacts (including coordinating orders, proactively reaching out to them about deals and discounts, maintaining a database of catering contacts, etc.)
• Growing the catering side of the business
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of catering orders
• Delivering catering orders to the customer

Must have reliable transportation, be well groomed, be outgoing, and be excellent at following up with contacts. You also must be able to pay attention to details and ensure orders are packaged up and delivered in a professional way.

Previous sales in hospitality or food industry is a definite plus!

About Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Tropical Smoothie Café, LLC was founded in 1993. Tropical Smoothie Café started out as a small smoothie shop selling drinks made with real fresh fruits. In 1997, the Tropical Smoothie Franchise Development Corporation was established and the following year the first franchised store opened in Tallahassee, Florida.
After a few more years of growth, Tropical Smoothie Café expanded its menu to include healthy foods such as sandwiches and wraps. At this time, individual stores redesigned their store decor to offer a beach house theme with bright white walls, an open kitchen concept, vibrant colors, and tropical artwork.
