Roles & Responsibilities
- Able to maintaine guest flow for the Castle Dark Mazes
- Counting guest and ensuring there is a timed gap between guest
- Tracking hourly counts and train on Emergency stop for maze in case of emergency
- Interact with guests while performing in a professional and creative manner
- Possibly use a variety of props or noise makers to enhance the scare experience
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete any tasks as requested by Operations Supervisor or Management
- Comply with all park policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Able to handle large crowds
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Halloween (if open)
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements
- Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, stoop, and bend
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10lbs
