Job description
Responsibilities:
- Proactively assist customers in solving problems
- Solicit customers to open an Ace Rewards card
- Correctly handle money, checks and other types of payment received for products sold including processing refunds and/or issuing store credit to customers for returned merchandise
- Assist with keeping impulse items stocked and arranged neatly as well as rotate new merchandise as needed
- Keep the entrance area at the front of the store clean at all times which includes dusting and vacuuming
- Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates
- Job responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business.
