Job Summary:

This position is the Heart of Clean Juice. Juiceristas are the face the guest sees when they walk through the door. They are the first impression the guest receives. They get to know each guest by welcoming them with open arms. They love the challenge of being part of a growing company, and can prepare menu items according to Clean Juice Standards. Deliver an exceptional guest experience and a quality product in a timely fashion. Practice strong communication thereby communicating effectively with our guests and Managers. Make decisions based on what is right fo our guests. Maintain a clean work environment. Abide by health department code regulations regarding food sanitation and handling to ensure the maintains a 98% or above rating. Manage all money exchanges in the store by takings orders and ringing up transactions. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

• Work constantly to uphold the Clean Juice 10 core values
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience coupled with quality product in a timely fashion
• Practice strong communication skills with our guests, the shift leader on duty, and your manager
• Actively make decisions to uphold a great guest experience
• Maintain a clean work environment - Cant be afraid to get your hands dirty!
• Abide by all health code requirements to ensure the store maintains a 98% or above.
• Manage the sales of the store by taking orders and ringing up guests
• Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance
• Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

• YOU MUST BE NICE & LOVE SMILING!! Seriously. Smile a lot.
• You must be available to work either 7:00 am to 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm some weekdays and at least one weekend shift.
• You must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure each and every guest has an amazing experience
• You must be committed to positivity in any circumstance
• Hard work! You must possess the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• You must possess the ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• You must possess or obtain a Texas food handler certificate
