As a Cage Cashier you will control bankrolls and coordinate service, inviting guests in for urban adventures on our casino floor. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Cash personal checks and travelers checks for currency.
• Assist customers with various cash transactions.
• Verify cash revenue from various departments.
• Verify all Cage Cashier turn-ins and distributes cash as necessary to all departments.
• Responsible for bankroll accountability.
• Assist in completing guest credit applications.
• Process front money deposits/withdrawals.
• Process incoming wire transfers for our guests.
• Assists training new employees on all cage procedures.
• Prepare table fills/credits, pays all types of paid-outs.
• Exercise discretion, judgment and remain confidential with sensitive materials or projects.
• Redeem foreign currency, computing accurate exchange rates for various currency received.
• Process marker buy-back transactions, providing quality service to each guest.
• Has knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, etc.) and applicable regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
• Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• At least one year experience in casino cage operations or banking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English.
• At least 21 years of age.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a large, luxury resort setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Have at least three years of Casino Cage cashiering experience.
