Job Title: Cashier
Reports to: Restaurant Manager & Shift Manager
Within the location assigned, the cashier is in charge of processing all food orders and reflecting a positive happy experience to all customers. As well as assisting in expediting orders, answering the phone to handle to-go orders.

Main Accountabilities
- In addition to following Salsa Fresca’s policies and procedures, main accountabilities are as follows:
- Maintain a friendly attitude at all times
- Maintain an accurate drawer at all times
- Upselling customers drinks, and extras
- Promoting any current marketing initiatives
- Assisting online and expediting orders and bagging to-go orders
- Taking phone orders for pick up and delivery
- Assist in opening and closing of the store
- Perform any other tasks assigned by MOD
- Motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Cover shifts when needed
- Understand all roles in the restaurant
- Strong ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently through proper channels
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate good personal hygiene
