Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. As the Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!Your responsibilities in this role
- Manage accounts receivables and remittances
- Handle all differences and discrepancies such as payment issues
- Help with the management of customer database accounts- Record daily payments including wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks to customer accounts
- Run weekly general ledger reports
- Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cash Applications
- 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
- Must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy
