Job description
Perform routine to moderately complex faculty action processing in support of CAS College Administrative Services, Departments and/or Programs to include faculty workload, enrollment management, schedule of courses, reappointment/promotion/tenure (RPT), departmental guidelines, Chairs/Director/Professorship appointments and searches. Maintain faculty academic files for the college.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate degree in related area and three years of experience to include coursework in accounting or business required. Working knowledge of software applications used to support area of operations. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills required. Attention to detail and accuracy required.
Desirable Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Word desirable.
Experience with PeopleSoft desirable.
