JOB DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATIONS: Must have extensive construction experience working for a large carpentry
contractor in a commercial setting. Thorough knowledge of the carpentry trade is essential.
Must be high caliber, polished construction professional capable of managing crews of all sizes.
College a plus but not essential. Positive attitude and dedication to excellence a must. Effective
oral and written communication skills very necessary. Must be proficient with computer and be
well-versed in excel, word and e-mail communication. Safety mindset critical, should have OSHA
training.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Carpenter will be responsible working with the tools and possi-
bly managing and overseeing extensive, complex field operations. A definitive business sense
is required so as to ensure maximum efficiencies, productivity, and safety. Must be comfortable
in business settings and have effective oral presentation capabilities. Must evince a passion for
conveying company vision in the field and have exceptional organizational and leadership ca-
pabilities to ensure the overall success of field operations. Potential to manage multiple projects
and ensure each job is delivered to the highest quality standard in the industry, on time, on bud-
