Job description

Capri Construction & Design Inc. is seeking Carpenters and Carpenter's Helpers with experience in all phases of residential remodeling with a focus on Kitchen and Bath remodeling. We also offer decks, sunrooms, basements, and more.

We operate within the following NJ counties: Ocean, Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth.

A valid NJ Driver's license and reliable transportation ARE REQUIRED.

Work schedule is Monday-Friday.

Hourly rates starting from $28.00 for a lead carpenter ($20 for helper) in addition to very competitive incentive and bonus programs which can total to $75k-100k total income.

Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who is willing to learn, grow and succeed with our company. Candidates should be well versed in all aspects of kitchen & bath remodeling, including but not limited to drywall & finishing, paint, tile, cabinetry, fixture installation, finish carpentry and trim work, light framing, window/door, vinyl flooring, and more.

We offer additional training for carpenters & helpers on specific products we use such as shower waterproofing systems, basement systems, as well as our preferred installation methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
