Caregiver/Personal Assistant

Envision Inc is looking for dedicated caregivers who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard in a team environment.

Our Caregivers lay the groundwork for the excellent care we strive for when it comes to our individuals. As a Caregiver, you would work closely with 2-3 individuals to ensure their day-to-day needs are met and provide them with enriching experiences both in their homes and in the community.

We have a variety of shifts and locations available across the Tri-Cities. Our pay is quite competitive and there are plenty of options currently for overtime and room for hourly increases dependent on your training level. Open shifts are weekend days 8a-8p and weekend overnights 8p-8a. All Canidates must be flexible!! We provide PAID TRAINING including (CPR/First Aid, Professional Crisis Management (PCM), and State Licensed Medication Administration).

Your responsibilities as a Caregiver include but are not limited to

• Meal preparation following specified dietary guidelines.

• Household chores.

• Daily documentation both written and electronically

• Transporting individuals to various events, appointments, or locations as needed (utilizing a company-provided vehicle).

• Assisting individuals with general hygiene and toileting as described in their plans and protocols

• Being physically active (lifting, standing, or bending).

• Encouraging and supporting the individuals to meet their personal outcomes and goals.

• Ensuring their therapy plans and protocols are followed to help them develop meaningful skills and independence.

Requirements of a Caregiver.

• Pass a federal and state background check.

• No pending charge(s) or investigation(s).

• Over the age of 19.

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
