Pay: We offer Same Day Pay and On-Demand access to Your Paycheck!

• Our Pay range is dependent on the level of care you provide. Different cases result in different pay rates for our Care Team to properly compensate you.
• At a minimum, a Nurse Aide Training Certificate is required to unlock our highest levels of pay.
• Our Pay Range currently maxes out at $21 per hour for qualifying applicants.

What Makes FirstLight Different?

• Through these interactions, we get to know you personally. This allows us to match you with Clients that we have met beforehand. We believe this is the key to a perfect Caregiver match.

• Reliable Personal Transportation (Car to transport Clients highly preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
• Car Insurance
• Negative TB test
• Must pass a Drug Test
