- Performs weekly/daily initial assessments for new clients and ensures
of Citizenship/US residency, Work authorization, Social Security Card, valid
NYS photo identification, educational and training documents and updates

- Develops goals and individual service plans consistent with the clients’
- Completes case notes and assessments adhering to time frames set by Goodwill Industries.
- Provides follow-up counseling and guidance services to address barriers
and HRA representatives as required to help overcome these barriers and
better prepare clients for employment opportunities.
- Monitors and tracks client engagement and participation activities to
