Currently Hiring for: The Windham, a Cogir Senior Living community, is looking to hire Care Partners (caregiver). We are looking for applicants who are available to work the overnight NOC shift (10:30pm-6:30am)

Our Care Partners (Caregiver) provide direct care to our senior residents that follows a personalized treatment plan. What will you do as a Care Partner?
- Support residents in their daily activities by providing compassionate care, engagement and companionship
- Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents.
- Encourage and assist with activity programs

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience a plus!
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
