We are looking to fill our 2P-10:30P & 10:00P-6:30A Care Supervisor positions, alternating weekends!

Job duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Train, teach or oversee training of new Caregiver’s/QMAPS
• Complete documentation showing new employee’s progress of strengths and weaknesses
• Confer with management to address weak areas of employee development to ensure employee is successful in their position or decide if employee is not right for position
• Perform huddles with Caregiver’s to ensure policy and procedure is followed
• Assist with in-services as needed
• Be the “go to” person on shift for questions and issues from Caregiver’s
• Work with Charge Nurse or Management to resolve issues
• Responsible to round the building a minimum of 2x per shift to see that everything is going well with the Caregiver’s
• Check on Caregiver’s doing 1:1 or working on restricted duty to ensure all is well
• Communicate any issues with Management
• Work with Charge Nurses to ensure that Caregiver’s are documenting in PCC

• Help to pass meds and provide care as needed
• Promote well being with a positive attitude
• Other job duties assigned

COVID-19 considerations:

All employees will answer COVID-19 screening questionnaire and will have their temperature checked prior to each shift. Proper PPE is required to be worn by all employees.

• Denver, CO 80220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Medication Technician (Required)
