Reporting directly to the Cardiovascular Administrator, the Clinical Effectiveness Data Analyst will oversee clinical quality data integrity, validity and reporting. The Cardiovascular RN Quality Outcome Analyst will collaborate with clinical teams by establishing effectiveness benchmarks, conducting analyses of internal and external outcome data and leading interpretation, review, as well as communication of results.

The Cardiovascular RN Quality Outcome Analyst will assist the Director to develop a comprehensive clinical quality program by leveraging information technology for data acquisition, management, decision support and outcome reporting. The Cardiovascular RN Quality Outcome Analyst will oversee the analytical assessment of patient care services using clinical decision support as well as information systems, and provides recommendations for improvement.
