One of the Largest Healthcare Systems in the United States is looking for a Clinical Director Cardiac Cath Lab to join their 130+ bed hospital in Southern California.

This state-of-the-art healthcare facility is regarded state-wide for its clinical excellence and long list of Awards and Accreditations. The Clinical Director Cardiac Cath Lab will be joining a facility that has been nationally recognized by the Leapfrog Group, with two Top Hospital Awards and nine ‘A’ Grades for Patient Safety. This facility also boasts a Silver Performance Achievement Award and Chest Pain Center Accreditation from the American College of Cardiology, and has been named one of America’s Best Stroke Centers. They are a STEMI and Stroke Receiving Center and are fully accredited by the Joint Commission.

Reporting to the Cardiovascular Service Line Director, the Cardiac Cath Lab Director will be supported by a team of 40+ FTEs, including a Clinical Supervisor, Lead Cath Technologist, and EKG techs. They will provide oversight for a Cardiac Cath Lab that consists of 5 Cath rooms and one hybrid room.

The Clinical Director Cardiac Cath Lab will spearhead the operations for all aspects of Cardiac Services, including the Cath Lab, Echo, EKG, and Cardiac Electrophysiology Services. They will regularly collaborate with physicians, Administration, and other cardiac staff to ensure that the highest quality of patient care is being provided. They will also be responsible for maintaining results reports, as well as ensuring the compliance and competency of staff members in accordance with hospital standards and regulations.
