Pay Rate: $17.00
Location: Desert Hot Springs

This position is responsible for managing irrigation to all plants in the building.Daily tasks may include: scheduling, monitoring, and verifying daily irrigations in all rooms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing proper feed changes through growth stages under direction from the Cultivation Director.

Maintain adequate irrigation volumes to each plant as determined by Cultivation Director

Critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot, identify, and coordinate necessary irrigation related repairs

Working with automated dosing, irrigation, sterilization, and filtration equipment

Able and comfortable working at heights, on top of ladders or platforms

Continuous observation of crop and equipment under the direction of the leadership team

Record plant growth patterns,and plant temperatures

Must be able to clearly convey any information about plants

Maintains job-related confidentiality.

Attendance and punctuality are critical in this role.

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to carry that weight a minimum of 50 feet

Must be able to work in in a greenhouse environment in inclement weather for up to 8 hours.

Ensure proper crop irrigation by consistently monitoring and calibrating all grow scales

At all times work will be performed following company sanitation guidelines, including the proper use of sanitary/protective gloves

Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented

Ability to stand, ,extend arms, and grip for long periods

Team-oriented and self-motivated

Reliable transportation

Ability to follow direction

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21 and over

Must pass a live scan

Previous experience cannabis cultivation

Must be comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces

Must have reliable transportation.
