Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, The Talent Acquisition Specialist II/Campus Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of all NEW GRAD NURSES, including LPN, ADN and RN within the 4 hospitals in the Missouri and Kansas market. The facilities include: St. Joseph Medical Center, St. Mary's Medical Center, Providence Medical Center and St. John's Hospital.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • Attending career events for student nurses to source potential candidates
  • Positively interacting with students, faculty and staff to promote the Prime Healthcare brand
  • Screen resumes, conduct in-person and phone interviews with qualified candidates
  • Report on recruiting metrics after career events and/or campus visits
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with universities and educational institutions
  • Work in tandem with marketing and other recruiters to use up to date information and sources to recruit new graduates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs & to build and grow a pipeline of nursing talent
