Job description
The primary function of this position is to recruit qualified graduates to fill positions throughout our network. Our recruiters are true business partners and are charged with attracting and hiring top clinical talent. You will spearhead the coordination of recruitment initiatives throughout our national footprint with SRNA, anesthesia residency programs and fellowship programs throughout the country. In this newly developed role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Marketing & Recruitment department leadership to build branding and outreach campaigns.
Duties include, but not limited to:
· Coordination for and willingness to travel to career fairs, college events, tradeshows, and networking events
· Internet research, making phone calls, sending emails and email blasts
· Developing presentations, conducting virtual career fairs, and attending in person events etc.
· Partnering with clinical VPs and leadership, Marketing and Recruiters to develop thoughtful and comprehensive program that consistently delivers candidate pool of new anesthesia graduates from CRNA, residency and fellowship programs nationwide
· Manage outreach to all rotating program participants throughout our national network to attempt to place them in our system
· Develop specific programs for to attract and retain new graduates – new grad launch program, buddy program, Earn While you Learn, Loan repayment, etc.
· Design social media campaign for specific new graduate demographic
· Develop annual virtual series for new graduates
· Partner with the education department to ensure all students that rotate through the network are in our database and presented with all opportunities
· Other tasks as needed and assigned
· Recruit students and utilize network to fill roles within the Somnia network
· Provide a high touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer decisions and team placements
· Reach out and develop relationship with each student rotating through a Somnia site, education program.
Skills/ Qualifications
· Must be willing to travel and have valid driver’s license
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
· Superior organizational skills, ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining an eye for detail
· Excellent communication, presentation and follow up skills
· Must be a team player
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and Zoom
· Social media and computer savvy
· Eagerness to learn and a quick learner
· Healthcare experience a plus
