Our goal is to advance GW’s mission of excellence in education, research, scholarship, and patient care. Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Advancement Solutions, the Campaign Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support and coordination around high-priority initiatives related to the scholarship initiative, the Third Century Scholarship Endowment Match, and forthcoming comprehensive campaign for the George Washington University. This individual will assist with advancing projects and improving office processes as appropriate; serve as liaison with school-/unit-based development offices, campus staff and administrators, and the executive assistants of donor-volunteers; manage a heavy flow of communication to and from the AVP and VP’s office, determining priority and independently initiating action or redirecting where appropriate; and perform other operational, budgetary and administrative duties. In addition, the Campaign Operations Coordinator will draft a variety of communications to DAR and GW staff, volunteers, and other external constituents and work closely with colleagues across the division to accomplish strategic objectives to advance the scholarship initiative, the Match, and comprehensive campaign.

Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
