Job Details for Call Center Representative:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday - can be scheduled between the hours of 8am - 6pm
• Pay Rate: up to $20 an hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Representative:

• Inbound/ outbound calls
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
• Data entry
• Other various office tasks as needed

Job Requirements for Call Center Representative:

• Must have 2-3 years of call center experience
• Must have data entry experience
• Must be able to type accurately at least 35 words per minute
• High School Diploma or higher required
