Our client, is a Full-Service Industrial Distributor offering Supply Chain Solutions including Vendor Managed Inventory services, kitting, private labeling, and other inventory management solutions to OEM Manufactures and Assembly Plants.

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will provide customer service, manage order flow, create and present quotes, schedule, and process product orders shipments for customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide stellar customer service to exceed expectations
  • Determine and manage overall and product specific customer pricing
  • Manage order flow, schedule, and expedite products when needed
  • Assist with preparation and delivery of presentations to customer
  • Analyze program data and make recommendations based on findings
  • Work with team to identify opportunities to improve VMI program, increase sales, and provide a better experience for the customer

What you need:

  • College Degree preferred; A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2 years related work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task & thrive in a team environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks
  • Solid Excel skills as well as working knowledge of other Microsoft products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
