Executive Placements is looking for a team of call center representatives dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while having the opportunity to grow professionally in Miami, FL. Responsibilities:

· Effectively manage an inbound call volume of 75 calls per day.

· Follow defined scripts to provide an instant resolution and avoid escalations.

· Properly document notes from all calls following standard procedures.

· Collaborate with other call center professionals to provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 1+ years of call center experience.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to manage multiple screens efficiently.

· High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
