Customer Care Representatives

Contract to Hire

We are currently hiring Customer Care Representatives for an Energy Company. This position works full-time from an office located in southwest Houston(77098). Training will be paid, so this is a great opportunity to learn and join the energy industry.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries by phone, email or chat
• Providing accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Maintaining a professional manner at all times, meeting company and regulatory standards
• Handling customer issues and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Promoting our products as company ambassadors
• Effectively managing multiple tasks or projects and are keen to help teammates do the same
• Staying educated on corporate process and initiatives as well as market changes Ideal candidates:

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office

• Punctual and dedicated
• Great communication skills
• Grammatical competence (written and verbal)
• Passion to succeed with a positive competitive spirit

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years call center experience is required, working in a dynamic, fast paced customer contact center environment as an inbound specialist for customer service roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
