Rebath of New Jersey is seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Agent who is loves to

talk! Minimum 2 – 3 year’s of call center experience required and some office

administrative experience a definite plus. We are rapidly growing. Remodeling

thousands of Bathrooms per year, we are partnered with the largest Home

Improvement retailers.

Responsibilities:

 Develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through

outbound calling

 Confirm appointments through outbound calls

 Handle in-bound lead flow, follow-ups and e-mail outreach

 Ensure all inbound calls are answered—handle all overflow inbound calls

 Route qualified leads to the Outside Sales team

 Collaborate regularly with Outside Sales, the Scheduling department and

Operations

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION

Weekly Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8 am - 4pm

Location: Barrington, NJ (IN PERSON)

starting work (Required)

Experience:

 Call center: 1 year (Preferred)

 Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 Driver's License (Required)
