Working as a

Job and responsibilities:
Hours are 2pm - 11pm

- Answer phones and respond to a variety of general inquiries and/or refer to the appropriate department or person.
- Input all requests in facilities ticketing system routing to appropriate teams in an efficient manner with appropriate level of classification.
- Conduct follow-up calls with callers when appropriate to provide them with status updates on their requests.
- Ensure every call is answered with enthusiasm and each caller has an efficient and memorable experience.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings, reviewing all relevant info needed to stay connected to the overall Hospitality and Facilities Teams.
- Track and report any relevant data important to the goals of the operations of the call center.
- Training of new hires, as well as the ongoing training of current staff, to ensure consistently high levels of professionalism among staff members.
- Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and how this will affect the responses to requests.
Qualifications:
- Maintain consistent work ethic without direct supervision.
- Highly motivated, dependable, energetic and positive individuals.
- Must be available for travel between midtown NY and Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
- Keeps commitments and promises and acts in the best interest of the Company, Customer, and Team.
- Familiarity working with Windows applications and multiple web-based applications.
