Job Summary:
The Call Center Agent will assist our patients and physician community with any inquiries made by phone or electronic message in a call center environment.
Duties Include:
- Answer patient inquiries and concerns
- Schedule appointments for each location and physician
- Data entry of patient information
- Insurance and referral verification
- Inbound and outbound calls
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to problem solve

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
No experience required, but preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer.
Repetitive hand movements (specifically keyboarding and writing)
