As Cage Cashier, you're responsible for performing high-volume cash and non-cash transactions for our guests in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner. You must strictly adhere to department policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of the Cage Operation.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Adherence to MotorCity Casino Hotel’s Policies and Procedures.
- Assist guests with cash outs, cash checks, and foreign currency.
- Compliance with federal Title 31 procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year prior cash handling experience in a customer service position.
- Cash handling skills.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
