Some dining/café experience necessary, will train on Starbucks barista position

Job includes learning barista position at a "we proudly brew" Starbucks, to act as the backup position to a current barista. Drinks are Starbucks standards with a limited menu, willing to train as long as candidate is eager to learn, fast-paced and comfortable in front of guests. Additional responsibilities include stocking, servicing and maintaining café area such as stocking retail items (chips, candies, packaged goods, beverages), working on take-out café items, serving customers during breakfast and lunch and assisting with overall daily tasks. It is a fast paced environment, with guest interaction, and has a supportive team atmosphere. This position includes physically moving, standing and stocking product, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Attention to detail is vital; position includes inventory, rotating product, and maintaining café standards. Willing to train for advancement with team.

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
