Minimum 16 years of age
Strong work ethic
Prior restaurant leadership preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Food service leadership preferred
Supervisory leadership preferred
KNOWLEDGE:
Familiar with all food service and handling procedures
Familiar with cash handling and funds auditing
Familiar with ordering product and working with vendors
Overall leadership and management of the food service
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Assist with all operations related to water park operation and food service
Cleanliness of café, both inside and out, in regards to excellent hygiene and service
Ensure excellent customer service for all patrons
Ordering of product and supplies from food vendors and other suppliers
Overall operation of the café and food service at the water park
Supervision of staff, including training and performance issues
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Supervise entire staff employed by the water park
Lead team members through instruction and by example
Ensure safety in all areas of the cafe

Water Park Director and Parks and Recreation Director
