CABINET FINISHER / REFINISHER

JAMESON FINE CABINETRY IS A GROWING CABINET AND FURNITURE COMPANY WITH A SHOWROOM IN RALEIGH, NC AND SERVIING THE TRIANGLE AREA. WE ARE EXPERIENCING CONSISTENT GROWTH AND ARE IN NEED OF A DETAIL ORIENTED CABINET FINISHER WITH 3 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE TO JOIN OUR TEAM OF 5 STAR EMPLOYEES. STARTING POSITION AS FINISHER HAS AN ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITY TO FINISHING MANAGER. IDEALLY, THE CANDIDATE WE'RE SEEKING WOULD HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS TRADE, HOWEVER, WE ARE CONSIDERING CANDIDATES WITH LESSER EXPERIENCE AS LONG AS THEY HAVE A DECENT UNDERSTANDING OF THE TRADE AND EXPERIENCE PAINTING WITH A SPRAYER.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• PREP, PAINT / STAIN CABINETS AND OTHER CUSTOM BUILDS
• REPAIR / REFINISH CABINETRY, TRIM, BASEBOARDS, AND CROWN MOLDINGS WITH SKILL.
• COLLABORATE WITH SUPERVISORS TO COMPLETE PROJECTS ON TIME.
• READ AND INTERPRET DRAWINGS TO FULFILL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
• OCCASIONALLY PERFORM MISCELLANEOUS CONSTRUCTION CARPENTERY LABOR
• HAVE A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND ADOPT METHODS AND TECHNIQUES USED AT JAMESON FINE CABINETRY, INC.
• FOLLOW ESTABLISHED REGULATIONS AND ADVACATE FOR SAFETY ON EACH WORKSITE

EXPERIENCE

• CARPENTRY 3 YEARS (PREFERRED)
• CABINET / FURNITURE FINISHING 3 YEARS (PREFERRED)
• PAINTING / SPRAYING / STAINING 2 YEARS (REQUIRED)

LICENSE / CERTIFICATION

• VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
• PROOF TO LEGALLY WORK IN THE US

FULL TIME POSITION MONDAY-FRIDAY

PAY RATE IS HOURLY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
