We are hiring a professional and proactive Buyers Agent. You should be self-motivated, process-driven, and willing to travel to meet vendors and clients occasionally. This role will require some night and weekend work as the business demands. They are a family-run business and this person will become a part of their family and paramount in their growth.
Responsibilities

Track top 100 client spreadsheet and implement mailers, and gifts

Vendor Relations, Order Inspections, attend inspections, write repair addendum, and Facilitate Repairs

Marketing Coordination: Create and Schedule Active Pipe Mailers, Oversee Social Media Posts, Schedule Reels, and Videos

Prepare CMA’s and Market Reviews, Set Listing appointments

Oversee Daily team Calendar
-
Prepare Buyer Packets: rental income, cost to own, comps

Schedule Buyer showings
-
Create Marketing Newsletter
-
Enter Leads in boomtown
-
Fill out and track Referrals
-
Create Systems in Monday.com

Host Agent Tours for Listings
-
Schedule showings for Listings
-
Showing Assistant
-
Open House Assistant
-
Attend Company meetings and announce listings when needed
